As the 2012 pool season quickly approaches, Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Insomniac – the producers of the Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas – are thrilled to announce an exciting new weekly event, “WET WONDERLAND.” This incredible daytime party launches April 29 with Kaskade and will take place every Sunday poolside at Marquee Dayclub, featuring world-class artists and performers, and cutting-edge production.
Insomniac’s history as a pioneering producer of the world’s most prominent and innovative electronic dance music events combined with Marquee’s history leading the electronic dance music charge in Las Vegas nightclubs and commitment to providing fans with the ultimate clubbing destination guarantees that Wet Wonderland will be a can’t-miss experience when it launches this April 29.
“Insomniac is an unrivaled event producer in the dance music world, and we could not think of a better collaborator to team up with to introduce what is sure to be an electrifying daytime party to close out each weekend,” said Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub partner Jason Strauss.

Marquee’s resident world-class DJ talent, along with special surprise guests will headline the weekly extravaganza at the venue, which will be enhanced for the 2012 season with increased staging design to provide for incredible production and performances.
Kaskade, America’s number 1 DJ as named by DJ Times, will headline the launch. His latest album Fire & Ice, scored nine Top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot Dance Airplay Chart, and though an industry veteran, Kaskade was proclaimed the “new face of electronic dance music,” by The New York Times.

Thursday, May 24: Tryst kick-offs the weekend celebration early at the acclaimed industry night, The Affair, with Swedish DJ Alesso. Honing in on his gift a young age, the breakout DJ brings his progressive house style to the open air turntables and boast hit tracks that will have crowds craving for more.
Friday, May 25: Afrojack brings his high energy party sets to the Friday evening soiree, to create an unbeatable second night to the holiday weekend. Named “The World’s Next Top DJ” by Mixmag, the Grammy Award-winning producer jump starts the summer season with his chart topping tracks, “Take Over Control,” “No Beef” and “Can’t Stop Me” as the crowd dances until the early hours of the morning.
Saturday, May 26: Fresh off three Grammy Award takeaways, Skrillex brings his dubstep and electro house DJ stylings to Tryst for an explosive Saturday night escapade. Alluring fans will flood the venue to catch a glimpse of the utmost talented music producer who undoubtedly creates a party atmosphere like none other.
Sunday, May 27: The celebration will not be cut short as Tryst opens its doors for an additional evening, to cap off the weekend with a special set by music industry native, Lil Jon. This blowout bash couples with the DJ’s signature sounds as thousands of vibrant clubgoers welcome Memorial Day from the sunken dance floor.
