XS NIGHTCLUB // HALLOWEEN
Las Vegas got a jump on Halloween festivities throughout the whole week but Afrojack, who recently garnered the #7 spot on the DJMag’s world’s top DJs, along with Alesso, closed out every witch and ghoul’s favorite holiday at Las Vegas’s most premier and upscale nightclub – XS at Encore. Possibly one of the biggest headliner to hit Las Vegas, Heist & Co. didn’t want “House of Horrors” to go unnoticed, so we made our way to the desert for what was going to be both an epic and unforgettable night.
Upon our arrival, we easily spotted some of the sexiest costumes, a mixture of scantily clad women and barely-there outfits. The epicness didn’t stop there; everyone in attendance received another real treat in the form of Deadmau5 – DJ Mag’s #4 DJ. He blew the roof off at XS the night before and was back again to join in all of the night’s debauchery. Joining the star-studded DJ lineup, Omarion and Holly Madison were spotted in the crowd. Besides the obvious celebrity appearances, what truly made the night different from our previous XS Nightclub visits is simply the amount of party peoplein attendance.
Not only was everyone in attendance celebrating “House of Horrors” but the night was also dedicated to Afrojack’s birthday and you can only imagine the chaos inside. Afrojack finally took the stage at 1 a.m. and the whole venue went completely nuts and the crush of people pushing for dance space made it feel like the crowd quadrupled instantly. The ground was shaking so hard that it felt like we were at the epicenter of an earthquake. As he dropped “Take Over Control” the energy was at an all time high and no one was standing still at this point. Afrojack cut out volume and all you could hear is voices singing Eva Simmon’s lyrics. This brought a huge wicked smile on Afrojack. After Afrojack cracked out an all night dance party, he was presented with a large cake and a massive blast of confetti. Alesso continued to get bodies moving with his infectious brand of progressive electro house and the party continued until the early morning.
Afrojack absolutely blew up XS Nightclub on Halloween night, and his set was fun and insanely jam-packed. It was one of the highlights of our insane Halloween week. XS Nightclub continues to prove that they are the #1 Las Vegas nightclub with the industry’s biggest names!
